The practice was founded in 1994 by Adrian Cox FCCA, a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Adrian has worked in various provincial accountancy practices in and around Oxford.

Carol Browning BA(Hons) FCA FCCA is both a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Carol is also a governor of the local primary school.
